Beverage spotlight: Rakomelo

Rakomelo is a digestif that captures the beauty and smooth, warm flavours of the Aegean and Mediterranean coast. It is typically made by infusing Raki or Tsipouro with honey and a mix of spices.

At Maha, we make our own Reakomelo. Our version has a sweet and rich depth of flavour, which comes comes from 100% pure Australian honey. Lebanese Arak Kefraya adds fruity, floral notes and cloves and cinnamon add a subtle spice.

We recommend this drink after your main course to assist with digestion and prepare your palate for delicious some sweets!
