Our soufra menu has been the heart & soul of Maha since 2008. This 4 course shared celebration of Middle Eastern flavours, produce & techniques is the perfect way to experience a more relaxed side to Maha. Consisting of a variety of individual plates, sit back & relax as Shane & our kitchen team share with you the rustic brilliance of Middle Eastern cuisine.
