Featuring a curated collection of Australia’s most inspiring and sought-after chefs, Maha Unrestricted, presented by Kennedy, is a guest chef series like no other.

Kicking off the series, Lachlan Colwill will be bringing the magic of his Barossa Valley restaurant, Hentley Farm, to Maha through a delectable 8 course menu.

Lachlan is regarded as one of the country’s most forward-thinking and innovative chefs. From being ranked in Gourmet Traveller’s Top 100 Restaurants for four consecutive years to being a Two Hat winner in the 2018 Good Food Guide, Lachlan’s modern feasts have attracted serious acclaim.

With no set dining times or restricted beverage lists, Maha Unrestricted is a true restaurant experience. Lachlan will utilise the best produce and talent to recreate his award-winning food, just as it would be presented in his own kitchen.
