On Sunday 23 August, Shane returns for an intimate cooking class inspired by his Maltese heritage. A deeply personal collection of dishes shaped by the women, stories and traditions that have influenced his cooking.

Guests will spend the session immersed in the experience, before gathering around the table for a shared meal with matched wines.
