Maha × Wynns
On Thursday 16 July, Maha welcomes Sue Hodder, Senior Winemaker at Wynns Coonawarra Estate, for an intimate five-course winemaker dinner.
Shane Delia has created a five-course menu to pair with a special selection of Wynns wines, spanning nearly 30 years of vintages, including the 1998 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon and the 2018 John Riddoch and Michael Shiraz.
Sue will guide guests through each flight, sharing the stories behind the wines and vintages throughout the evening.

Cooking Class Experience
On Sunday 23 August, Shane returns for an intimate cooking class inspired by his Maltese heritage. A deeply personal collection of dishes shaped by the women, stories and traditions that have influenced his cooking.
Guests will spend the session immersed in the experience, before gathering around the table for a shared meal with matched wines.
